What Is The Reason For Reoccurring Headaches?

I have been having reoccurring headaches for the last 3 weeks. They are always on the right side of my head. They can last for along time, mainly throbbing. I typically notice that they occur when I get up from sitting down or laying down, in which I am dizzy, lightheaded and have the pain on the right side of my head. Thoughts on possible causes. I am 30 with no know health issues.
