What Is The Reason For Pain In Wrist While Bending Backwards?

Over the past few days my right wrist has been painful when performing simple everyday tasks. If I bend it back its extremely painful and sore but when forward it doesn't hurt at all. I can't even throw a dart or open a door without it hurting. What's wrong?

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
It appears to be the arthritis of the wrist joint, due to inflamationof the synovial membranes.
I advise you to consult an orthopedic surgeon for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have a M.R.I. for diagnosis.
Avoid taking potato, other tubers , tomato, egg, chicken, and sea foods.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and
protein rich foods to hasten the recovery.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
