Every few months I get one itchy and painful white bump on my inner labia. It is near the top of my vulva. I have not had sex in a year. I first noticed this about 6 months ago. It seems to happen about a week after I shave. I have a sparse amount of hair and don't need to shave often. The last time I was sexually active I did not practice safe sex, however the man I was with says he doesn't have anything.
