What Is The Reason For Nausea, Lightheadedness, Faintiness, Sweating, Blood In Rectum?

I was outside, moderate heat, when I became nauseous and light-headed. Sat down and felt like I would faint and started sweating all over. Stomach ache, too. I ve been feeling slightly nauseated off and on the last few days. A couple of hours later there was some fresh, red blood from the rectum.

Hello,

Above symptoms may suggestive of possibility of internal bleed followed by volume loss with hypotension.

Other possibilities like individual cardiac or gastrointestinal tract problems.

Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is.

Use tablet pantoprazole before breakfast for one week.

Check blood pressure, rectal examination and upper GI endoscopy.

Please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
