What Is The Reason For My Heart To Pump Slowly If I Dont Have Enough Sleep ?

Hi doc..im 24 years from Malaysia. i have fatigue problem..im always feel tired after 5pm in the evening. And im quite worry about my Heart ..if i dont have enough sleep..i can feel my heart pumping slowly and my left arm feel a little bit pain. Thanks doc

Your symptoms (fatigue and sleep disturbance) are suggestive of depression. There might not be anything wrong with your heart. However, consult a physician to rule out any heart problem, as unnecessary doubts can increase your anxiety and depression.
