What Is The Reason For My Girlfriend To Be Tired Always Who Is Having A Fatigue Symptom ?

my girlfriend is always tired and complains of it. She works out regularly but not overly, she is healthy, had a blood test for fatigue that came out normal and I haven t seen signs of depression . Everything seems okay but the fatigue symptom. Any ideas of what else could be causing this? Her Dr. is suggesting a sleep study.

If there is no pathology causing her this type of weakness, then it can only be due to the psychological reasons. You can consult a psychotherapist for this but be sure at least six months treatment is needed to see the effect.

thanks for choosing health care magic.Dear there could be many reason for her fatigue.First of all basic blood tests may be normal but some underlying nutritional deficiency may be there.Your doctor has advised sleep study the reason could she might be complain of snoring and incomplete sleep.Some times due to long deprivation of sleep person feels like this.please take care.
