What Is The Reason For Itching And Discomfort In The Anus?

hi, i m 22 yr old female. About 1.5 year ago i had unprotected sex. After that i took a contraceptive pill on d same day. Later after 1-2 days i started feeling buring sensation while urination infect whole day i used to feel discomfort also 3 days i felt severe side pain. Buring sensation n discomfort went away on its own after about 15 days. Then i dnt remember exectly when it appeared bt i have a bump in my anus but it does not remain all the time rather it basically comes out when i put pressure also it is nt painfull and soft to touch and goes inside on its own as soon as i relax also sometimes its big n sometimes i find it to b very small n sometimes it does not appear also.its been about 10-11 months that i have this bump it does not cause any discomfort. Bt last month i had itiching and discomfort in my anus area for about 10 days and now i am having pain in my gum. So can u please explain me what does all these signs convey? i am very scared of the test. Also it was the first time i had sex. please help i am in a great need of advice.

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history of unprotected sex about 1.5 years ago, had urinary tract symptoms, protrusion from the anus, painless, on straining only, nor gum pains.
All the three symptoms are not related to each other.
The urinary tract infection can trouble you by recurrence as you did not take any proper treatment. Please get the urine tests and get an antibiotic course if required for 2-3 weeks to get a cure.
Another problem of something coming out of anus is basically prolapsing hemorrhoids. Get an examination, proctoscopy done and get operated as per the advise of a General Surgeon.
Third problems is of gum pain and can be gingivitis and get treated accordingly.
