What Is The Reason For Intermittent Chestpain, Shoulder Pain And Blood In Spit In The Morning After Brushing Teeth?

hi. I have chest pain that comes and goes. it is sometimes in the center of my chest where my chest dips in the most. Sometimes its in my pecks area or along the side of my ribs. I also have pain in my back between my shoulder blades in my middle to upper middle back. I sometimes feel pain in any of these areas when i bend over and it sometimes gets worse if I stay bent over for a long period of time. I have also noticed pain in my shoulders that comes and goes. I have been experiencing these symptoms for a few months minus the shoulder pain (thats been the last week). I have also been spitting up blood in the morning after i brush my teeth. It is only after i brush and so i figured it was sensitive gums especially because i have some problem with my teeth (a gap developed between my gums and my wisdom tooth several months ago but was not bothering me and I had just visited the dentist to remove another wisdom tooth that had become infected. This visit was costly and so i have been putting a revisit off until i can afford it) but it seems to only happen after my morning brush. this has been going on for a couple months aswell. I also have problems with nauseas stomach although my diet is not that great. I am a quitting smoker. I quit a week ago. I also smoke marjiuana everyday. No persistent cough, no Blood from what i can tell in my spit at any other time. I had a chest x ray in the summer of 2013 but nothing showed. I had a blood test and a exam in late november 2013 where a nurse attach serveral suction cup like pads to my chest and surrounding area and they said they have said there was nothing. I have been reluctant to call and visit my doctor again as he is not very easy to talk to and does not seem to care about following up. I hope this is not too much information at once, I tried to mention everything as I am afraid to tell my own doctor everything.

hi welcome to hcm
regarding ur problems
chest pain may be because of -aoric anerysm as you r saying chest pain more on bending down and occasional hemoptysis
2nd possible diagnosis may be atypical angina for which u may require to go for tread mill test as your ecg ( sutton clips test) was normal as you said
or it could be an pneumoccal pneumonia- as last xray was taken in last summer
or it might be because of bronchitis-
i think u better evaluate it properly in above lines
