What Is The Reason For High Level Of Pus, Mucus, Epithelial Cells And RBC In Urine Test?
Hi, I m 42 years old, male and in my urine test everything s normal except a high level of pus (85-90), plenty of mucus, plenty of epithelial cells and some red blood cells (8-10). What could this be? I had a tumour (seminoma) in my left testicle 6 years ago which I had removed and then had radiation therapy so i m a bit concerned...

You are suffering from urinary tract infection.
Normally urine doesn't contain pus cells.Pus cells,RBC,Epithelial cells and mucus thread indicate towards UTI.
You need proper antibiotics after culture and sensitivity test.
Ultrasound of KUB region should also be done.
Alkalizing syrup should also be given to change PH of urine.
It is not related to seminoma at all.
