I am 57 year old woman i have pain in center of chest the last week on and off worse when in bed on back. I have been looking after my grandaughter last two weeks,and sometimes i lie her down on floor, when i pick her up i just bend over without bending knees could i have hurt chest .I have no other symptom,

From history it seems that you might be having some chest muscles strain while lifting your grand daughter.
Take analgesic with muscle relaxant medicine to get relief.
As you are 57 years and chest pain is there, go for EKG to rule out any cardiac ailment.
