What Is The Reason For Having Hot Palms And Soles ?

my palms and feet(soles) gets hot most of the time, and sometimes my hole temperature gets high.what could be the possible cause, i am a lady of 27 years.

Hot palms and feet are not a problem to be concerned of.Some people have a genetically higher metabolic rate which causes raised body temperature. You cant do much to help it.
