What Is The Reason For Having Headache, Sore Throat, Runny Nose, And Fatigue ?
I am a fourteen yr old female,and I have not been feeling well today. My symptoms are on and off again headache , sore throat , runny nose, and fatigue. Can you tell me whats wrong?

Hi well come to hcm.
It looks like viral infection, take paracetamol at the interval of 6 to 8 hrs, and some
cough syrup like, Tossex, Dilosyn, foe symptomatic relief. Viral in fection is self limiting
so you should be all right in 3 to 4 days and if not consult your doctor and if needed get
done blood reports as per his advise. thanks
