My friend has severe burning sensation when passing urine and stools it affects his wife too
all tests performed to investigate whether its urinary tract infection, incontinence or colon are negative.

it can be allergic or fungal problems as the fungus infection behaves like this which affect the vagina urethra and can involve anus als
in my opinion fungus is more prone in these area
you need ti take long course of antifungal medicines
apply antifungal anti allergic ointments over area
plenty of water
keep area dry and airy
non spicy non oily food
it may time to get fungus removed
