You probably have folliculitis.Its nothing to worry about.If you squeeze the pus out then leave it like that.It should cure itself.If there is a recurrance then you will need antibiotics.

You are most likely having folliculitis- infection of the roots of hair follicles in pubic area.It is best to express out the pus as much as you can as this will make them subside. If there are multiple infections then you must take oral antibiotics for treatment.
