What Is The Reason For Frequent Passing Dark Stools With Farting?

Hi. I been going to the bathroom feeling like I have to poop. Sometimes I just feel like I have to poop I don t I just pee a little and fart a lot. When I do poop its a tan color. My stomach also feels like a sharp pain . these been going on for three days

I can understand your concern for your GI symptoms.
1) Your symptoms are suggestive of indigestion due to irritable bowel syndrome (constipation type).
2) It can occur from different causes and diagnosis might require colonoscopy and USG abdomen.
3) Treatment consist of intestinal digestive enzyme supplementation, anti-spasmodic medication for pain, stool softener or laxative for constipation.
