Understanding your concern. As per your query you have contsant
dizziness, nausea, fast heart beat and
shortness of breath . The symptoms you mention in query can occur due to many reasons like benign paroxysmal positional vertigo , Vertigo may also be caused by inflammation within the inner ear sometimes due to infection , meniere's disease ,
acoustic neuroma ,
sinusitis and multiple sclerosis . Sometimes
ear infection occur due to postnasal drip due to sinusitis . In this case the infection spread throught eustachian tube and cause ear infection . I suggest you to consult with
ENT specialist for proper checkup so that there will not be any further complication . Doctor may order certain test like CT scan , MRI ,
blood test , audiometery test , rotatory chair test and ECG to confirm the diagnosis . Doctor may prescribe ant emetic drug , sedatives , antibiotics , decongestants ,drain sinus and some ear aid . For now avoid bending foreword , take steam , drinkginger tea thrice a day and do light exercises daily . Doctor may also refer you to cardiologist for any heart related condition.
