hi
i almost suggested that you may have some kind of infection
however you confirmed that a dr has confirmed thats not the case

in this view i can think of two possibilities
1. there may be some allergy to what you wear
2. i would suggest that you try loose clothes

try to wear some loose clothes. avoid jeans and denims for a bit. i think that will help u
best of luck
