I have been sick for two days just boil then I had abdominal pain right in the centre of my abdominal now two days later the abdominal pain has gone after a lot if passing wind I now have a sore throat and back pain and sometimes feeling a bit giddy I have had some stress problems in the last six weeks but feel okay in myself
