Otolaryngologist / ENT Specialist 's  Response
1. You may undergo a sleep study or polysomnography to determine if your snoring amounts to obstructive sleep apnea and the possible levels of obstruction.
2. Your BMI (Body Mass Index) is fine and on the upper side of normal, which means you are only slightly over ideal bodyweight (borderline).
3. Your bronchitis should no longer be a problem.
4. Do you have daytime sleepiness?

General Surgeon Dr. Rajinder Bajoria's  Response
Regular exercise to promote respiratory muscle movement is must .snoring is the abnormal movements of respiratory structures and the resulting sound is due to obstructed air movement during breathing while sleeping. In some cases the sound is soft, but in other cases, it is loud and unpleasant.

Simply close your mouth and act like you are chewing gum. Chew like this for a minute or so at a time.
