Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
The E.E.G, alone may not be sufficient for diagnosis, of such condition. More over, it is negative, as well means the epilepsy is is not present.
The other reasons may be the T.B in the brain, worms in brain, or some irritation in the brain.
She may need to have an M.R.I for diagnosis. So i advise her to consult a neurologist for diagnosis, and treatment.
The vomiting sensation after taking the zefrretol may be due to the gastric irritation. So inform your doctor.
wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
