Hi,

Omeperazole is antacid and ganaton has itapride which is a motility agent to help with bloating and flatulence. If 50 mg was not helping may need to be put on Ganaton OD or 150 mg once daily tablet. If problem persists may need H. pylori testing and upper GI endoscopy.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
