General & Family Physician 's  Response
Dear Patient,

The Enterogermina suspension makes a lot of sence since it contains healthy bacterial flora for your childs bowel flora to recover. It can also reduce sideffects of the 2 antibiotics flagyl and cyplox that the doctor persribed you since he is treating for an intestinal infection. The lopamide helps to support your childs bowel movement. So this combination is a usual treatment for severe bowel infections for a child. Hope your child gets better soon, if you have any clarificatons you can get back to me, if this was helpful please kindly rate my answer. Best regards
