i am 22 yeras old and have started weight training for muscular physique, i want a well designed diet plan to achieve my goal?

hello...you need to have a high protein diet...start your day with 1 banana + 1/2 scoop protein, have eggs and oats porridge for breakfast, 1 banana + 1 scoop protein post workout.. fruits and nuts as mid morning snack..salad + veggies+ 2 rotis + dal/ chicken + curds for lunch, egg sandwich as evening snacks..keep dinner light like soups, salads, chicken/ fish/ paneer..before sleeping have 1/2 scoop protein with 1 cup slim milk..sleep well..

hi,thanks for query.There can not be any specific diet.Avoid eating junk food,diet rich in calories,difficult to digest things.Avoid binge eating and fasting.You need to eat about 4-5 small meals in a day.plan your diet well and include vegatables and salads in the diet.Go for regular exercise like brisk walking,skipping rope etc.
