there is no magic by which you can reduce your weight within very short time and it is not advisable too.
main important things are that you go for daily regular stranious physical exercise like weightlifting,jogging,running,swimming,etc.
avoid fatty,fried food and less carbohydrates
take plenty of green vegetables and citrus fruits
do not take anything between two meals,if you feel hungry than take green salad
go for thyroid
test to rule out hypothyroidsm
