What Is The Proper Diet For Gaining Weight?

My Hubby is 30 yrs. He is undreweight. he eats lots of eggs and rice .is he gaining cholestrol instead of fat? My husband mom is skinny like him and he resembles her exactly. she has a cholestrol over 400, if she stops her medicines. Many get heart attack in her family. I am worried for my husband.

Judging by the pattern, your husband is exactly like the members of his family who resemble him. Have him go to the doctor to see if he needs to be on cholesterol medication. There are definitely genetic-based bodily cholesterol level trends in families.
