What is the procedure for the usage of ultrogestan capsule ?

I was prescribed Utrogestan 100mg, it is a small, white, round soft capsule. My query is that my Pharmacist says I should take this vaginally, but it is very small, plus nowhere on the box or the leaflet does it say that it must be taken vaginally. there is another version that I can see online which specifically says Utrogestan Vaginal capsule. How am I supposed to take this.

Thank you for choosing Healthcaremagic. mICRONISED PROGESTERONE CAN BE KEPT VAGINALLY. It is more effective if kept vaginally than taking it orally.
