What Is The Procedure For A Kidney Transplant?

hello sir, i'm a conic kidney patient and i wanna transplant. but no one is there in my family who can donate. so my cousin ( Son of my Bua) is interested to donate. here in PGI they told me that they cant accept this type of doers. is there any facility to transplant. if yes then what should i do.
