What Is The Problem After Having An Abortion?

i have an abortion just 18 days ago.,
hi am chitra, my married date, 15-11-2007, after 51/2 years i am become conceive, i had thyroid problem on 4y,
have an missed obortion on 13-12-2013, TWINS, Period stop on-17-9-2013, in those month i have an stomach
pain, 0n 12-12-2013 i have sevre pain in my stomach, bleeding will start, the dr. will treatme the bleeding will not stop, after scanning one child will become full damaged and another child viaable function will also stop, after
abortion, the DR.'s will take some test, ( cardiolipin IGG-2.05, IGM-4.66) (lupus anti coagulant LA1-80.5**
LA2-64.1, = 1.26), MY PROBLEM - headache, after getting food sevre stomach pain and getting motion always,
stomach pain at my left side of near kidney, weight gain, worming in body, my teeth get black
DR. gave medicine for it ( folsafe, vitalin800, eltroxin100mg, zincofer 200ml therap)
what is my problem, i will became cure, pls tell me THANKING YOU.,
