General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

Most probably it is a genital wart, other possibilities are molluscum contagiosum. Nothing much to worry as both of them are harmless and easily curable conditions. You can consult a dermatologist and plan for cauterization or cryosurgery.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
