Hi,
It seems that your problem is acne vulgaris and post acne spots and scars. First of all your acne lesions should be controlled. Take cap minocycline 50 mg daily in morning for few months. And take vitamin C like tab ascor 500 mg daily at night.
Apply clindamycine with adapalene gel at night only on lesions. After controll of the acne, you may go for treatment to clear melanotic spots and scars. Glycolic acid and kojic acid containing gel might improve the spots and scars. Face wash containing kojic acid and glycolic acid may be used. However, you consult dermatologist for perfect treatment.
