I HAVE HAD AN UPPER CHEST PAIN FOR GOING NOW 2 WEEKS I AM CONVINCED IT IS A DIGESTIVE PROBLEM AND I HAVE TAKEN MEDICINE FOR HEARTBURN FOR THE 2 WEEKS AND I AM STILL HAVEING THE PAIN. THE THISN ABOUT IT IS, WHEN I LAY DOWN IT GOES AWAY AND IT IS WORSE WHEN I AM SITTING AT MY DESK OR DRIVING. IT DOES NT GET ANY WORSE WHEN I WALK OR GO UP STAIRS. MY CONCERN IS WELL YOU KNOW

Avoid having oily food in your diet. Take your food in proper time with small and frequent amounts. Avoid having late night dinner Avoid lying on bed just after food.
