Hi...i just noticed a bruise on my upper right thigh near pelvis. There is bruising and quite painful on touch.

It cud be rashes due 2 sum rough clothing, or excessive heat or sweating. Just keep the site clean, apply moisturising cream of vit e such as evion.it will surely help
