What Is The Pain In Testes In Spite Of A Surgery?

My friend was suffering from Testis torsion a year before.

He had the operation for this as prescribed by the doctor on 16th of may 2009.
the operated doctor gave the report was as this. He says that his testis was not in normal position and there was no enough circulation with it. The veins located there was not functioning. so as it was an urgent case, he told to have the surgery and it was done successfully. The doctor said a 3 months rest and he also had it.After this also he had pain on his testis while travelling by sitting tightly...means without enough room, or if he is lifting some kind of heavy equipments...he feel pain there....
sometimes if he feel slight pain while he moved his legs slightly. After the surgery why the pain is still hanging? will it effect his future..means will the low level of sperm will effect on his future generation?can u say some remedies to escape from this situation .
what kind of treatment can help him to completely get ride of it?
my friends age is 18 and he will be 80+ kg

Hi,Dear,Welcome to HCM. Based on the facts of your query,You seem to suffer from-The post-operative Testes adhesions which restrict its free movement in the Tunica Vaginalis testes -Due to restricted laxity of surrounding tissue post-operatively the pain is there in the testes. This pain would reduce as the time passes by with adhessions getting freed or restrictions getting more lax with endothelisation of the tunica vaginalis cover on the testes, which had a compromised blood supply after Torsion Testes was relieved.
this would resolve after may be another 18 mths or so,as only 6 mths have passed post-surgery.
HOpe this reply would help you to plan further treatment with your doctors.
