What Is The Pain In My Lower Inner Calf After Exercising?

I having been exercising quite a bit approximately 2.5 miles on he treadmill 3-5 times a week, I am over weight, diabetic,. After exercising and typically while sitting I get a throbbing pulse type pain in my lower inner calf of my left leg sometimes. It comes and goes, not constant, not all the time.

It's perfectly normal. Your body is trying to cope for d increased oxygen demands as a result of your exercising. When it a falls short you get pain . After exercising or even during, the blood coursing through your body gives u the throbbing feeling.
