General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Gestational diabetes is a very common condition during diabetes. The level of blood sugar 148 can be related to gestational diabetes. I recommend to see your gynecologist for further evaluation and treatment.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
