Hi dear
Welcome to HealthcareMagic.
From your explanation i will take it as a Breech presentation. Breech presentation means the baby`s head is not facing outside instead bottom is facing cervix.Breech pregnancy can be managed comfortably nowadays .
If your pelvis is adequate , you can opt for normal vaginal delivery.Options like rotating your baby from outside and then delivering baby by head can also be tried by your Doctor. It is better to choose Cesarean delivery to reduce the risk of complications.

Take care.

i missed my period 2 weeks ago, until now there s nothing coming out yet. i can only notice increasing dirty yellow to light brown discharges. 2 days after missing my period i had a negative result of pregnancy test so i decided to take my routine chest x-ray every year, a week after that missed period. then i had a pregancy test again and pelvic ultrasound. the result is negative preg test. pelvic ultrasound result turned out normal with thick endometrium suggesting early pregnancy, or a menstruation coming. but i had the preg test again 10 minutes ago and it turned out positive. i m worried and don t know what to do. after all those chest x-rays and experiencing mild-moderate lower abdominal pains near my pelvis. at first i ignored the pain because i thought it s just premenstrual pain. but after the positive preg test, i so worried already. i m not married and still don t have plans of having a baby.

I have recently been diagnosed with acute pancreatitis. I was pregnant and in January, at 34 weeks, gave birth via emergency c-section to a beautiful baby girl; we were both rushed to ICU, in a very poor state. I was given two wonderful days with my baby, but she was too poorly to continue her fight. I am now physically on the mend; I have always had a healthy diet and exercised well. My diet is now completely low fat and I am taking fenofibrate for my condition. My trigylceride level on diagnosis (4 days after birth) was at 15 (?), hopefully that has come down, being tested again next week. What I really need to know is whether I will be able to have more children in the future, and when, if possible, my partner and I can even consider trying again? I know, following a cesearean, ideally you should wait for 12 months before conception, however my pancreatitis may increase such a time scale. We just miss our baby so much. Thank you for listening. Hi doctors. I had ultrasound on Jan18th and it says I am 15-16wks pregnant. The final impression is transverse lie; fetal heart rate is 150BPM, normal amniotic volume SVP=4CM; placenta located posteriorly, grade 1-2, no previa; EFW=91 GMS. What does the ultrasound mean? Is my pregnancy normal? What should be my expectations? Thanks in advance, doctors.

Hi doctor Grief I have done my 2nd ultrasound last tuesday and I am getting on my 5th mos of pregnancy my ultrasound result is that the position of my baby is transverse lie. how do i know if in my case goes to normal delivery before my due date on may. 26

doctor1 MD

Respected sir/madam, I am 37 weeks pregnant and my baby is still on transverse lie position and will not change position because of low lying placenta and accurate uterus . My doctor has planned ceserian delivery on 38 weeks , because of risk of position water might not break or shoulder might not come first, so my main question is is it safe for my baby to get delivered on 38 weeks or one more weeks is good for baby, also kindly specify what will happen if water breaks or shoulder comes first . Kindly advise me with ur valuable opinion. Thanks

i m running 36 weeks. Last night i had lower abdominal pain exactly like how i used to feel before getting periods. Does that mean my baby has got engaged ?

Hi I am 34 wks 4 days pregnant. As per my last scan, the baby is in Transverse Lie with ROA. The scan also mentioned mild hydramnios . Does this necessarily mean a C-Section or can the baby still change positions?
