What Is The Normal Position Of Baby At 38 Weeks Of Pregnancy ?

hallo doctor ..... i m 38 weeks pregnant , my baby is upper side at this time....this is normal? or which type problem may occur..... or tell a pregnant woman can wear painty....

Please post your latest ultrasound report to know whether you have breech pregnancy or head has not engaged in the pelvis .proper advice can only be given after that.

Hi dear
Welcome to HealthcareMagic.
From your explanation i will take it as a Breech presentation. Breech presentation means the baby`s head is not facing outside instead bottom is facing cervix.Breech pregnancy can be managed comfortably nowadays .
If your pelvis is adequate , you can opt for normal vaginal delivery.Options like rotating your baby from outside and then delivering baby by head can also be tried by your Doctor.It is better to choose Cesarean delivery to reduce the risk of complications.
