What Is The Normal Heart Rate?

Hi, I'm a 34yrs old female, 5 feet 3 inches and i weigh 59kgs. I have just started going tom the gym after almost 4 years of no exercise and my heart rate at the cross trainer was 170. My average heart rate during warm up exercise is about 130 tp 146. Is this normal?

Normally, maximum heart rate at your age one can achieve is around 180 so it's within normal limits. But, you should gradually resume your exercises and build them up.
