Hi I am 32 Weeks pregnant, and my blood glucose level after GTT was high, after that I am monitoring my Blood glucose level by Accu check regularly.

Hi, I have gone through your question. After2 hours of meal, the blood glucose levels should be less than120 mg/ dl.
Normal blood glucose in pregnancy is :
Fasting - less than or equal to 90 mg/ dl
Post meals- less than or equal to 120 mg/ dl
Pre meals- less than or equal to 100 mg/dl
