Type II Diabetes Redness at the nose could be infection needs treatment as this is danger area of face, what is your age, weight, family history and leve of physical activity. Take care of your diet avoid sweet things ,sugar and food with high glycemic index eg Potato.regular walking 3 to 5 km depending on your condition reduce stress, and if overweight then reduce your weight. All this will help in controling DM ,but take your medicine regularly and keep track of your sugar level. Some times very obese people undergo surgery for obesity may also get rid of DM.Otherwise treatment of this is lifelong.
