What Is The More Effective Anti Allergy Medicine Than Avil-25?

I suffer from allergy regularly. I suffer from nose water flow, sneezes, watery eyes and throat congestion offen I use anti histamine like avil-25 mg as when I have problem, it used subside earlier but now I find it is not effective. Kindly suggest alternative medicine.
