What Is The Medicine For Improving Appetite In Babies?

Sir, I am having a 1 year old baby girl (weight 9.3 Kg). When she was in the age of 7-8 months , she had her food nicely. But now she is not taking enough food. Almost she refuse to have. She canot drink cow s milk when she awake but when was sleeping she will have. now i am giving her neopeptine to improve her appetite. whether it will work or not.please suggest any other medicine for heror any other way. e

For small children nothing parallels like Ayurvedic appetizers which are safe, harmless and natural.

Neo peptine is good but its a synthetic preparation. May be it shows burst of effect but would it sustain. On the other hand slow acting Ayurveda has sustained effect.

For such babies ARVINDASAV is the best remedy. 5 ml of this liquid and 5 ml of water mixed may be given twice a day.

Additionally, if you can get chebulic myrobalan (Haritaki - better if you get big one), grind/ rub it against some clean, hard, rough surface like stone etc by adding little water drops. The paste should be given to baby to lick once or twice a day. This may be continued for two weeks or so. Little lose motions initially should not be worried about.

So liquid ARVINDASAV and chebulic myrobalan will not only increase appetite, it will detoxify naturally, give strength and optimum weight gain in babies.
