What Is The Medication For Swelling And Redness In Penis Gland?

From past 3 weeks Im observing a swelling and redness in meatus of glans penis with no pain and no unusual secretions. It is not a permanent swelling it comes after 2-3 days and specially after when i masturbate. I didnt had any sexual encounters in past life. This problem arrived suddendlly i dont know how..please suggest me some medication or advice
