What Is The Medication For Constant Headaches?

i have had a constant headache for 3 months which is getting worse, the pain is unbearable. i suffer pain in my neck, pins and needles and occassionally my head feels as it is on fire, i have had an mri and blood test which came back clear, no medication works, what could this be?

Headaches or migraines are caused when there is dilation of the blood vessels in the head. This usually happens because of a trigger factor. Some trigger factors include -
Sunlight
Bright light
loud sounds
Any other irritant factor or anything under the sun!

There are many ways to treat migraines but here are a few things that can help -
Drink lots of water
Take warm showers
Use an ice pack over the head
Sleep more than 8 hours a day
Take an OTC painkiller
Use steam inhalation
Massage the head
Take a warm bath
Eat a balanced diet
Avoid too little or too much exercise
