i m postmenopausal aged 46. yesterday i found little bleeding. i went to doctor. she did a scan. the report is ANTEVERTED UTERUS. 65.7*37.6 mm. THIN LINE IN THE ENDOMETRIUM CERVIX APPEAR SLIGHTLY ENLARGED. NABOTHIAN FOLLICLE IN THE INTERNAL OS LEVEL. WHAT DOES IT MEAN

Hi,
Thanks for writing in.

In your ultrasound report, the uterus is normal in size and appearance. The endometrial thickness (inner lining of uterus) is in upper limits of normal in the cervix region. The Nabothian follicle is a small fluid containing benign cyst and seen as a normal variation. Please do not worry.
