What Is The Meaning Of The Uterus HSG?

i am 35 yrs old had a HSG which shows the uterus opacified with contrast and normal contour. the right tube visualised only in its medial one third and the left tube is not visualised. No free spill is noted bilaterally.

please could you explain the above.

Thanks for writing to HCM

You have fallopian tube blockade bilaterally.
Uterus is well visualized and it is normal in shape and size.
Right fallopian tube is visualized in medial one third region only .
Left tube is not visualized.It may be due to cornual block.
No normal spillage of contrast is seen in both sides.
