my wife just had a widal test and the result states as follows
MP- Trophozoites of Plasmodium falciparum + seen
widal reaction
Antigen "O" "H"
s.Typhi 20 20
S.Paratyphi A 20 20
S.Paratyphi B 40 20
S.Paratyphi C 40 40
Pls what does this means thanks

According to reports your wife is suffering from falciparum malaria.
Anti malarial drugs should be started immediately.You should consult your physician.
Falciparum malaria need immediate treatment due to its severe complications.
Widal test is negative in all dilutions.She is not having typhoid fever.
