Hello and welcome to HCM,
The interpretation of the scan report is as follows:
The bladder is within normal limits. There is no evidence of any growth or calculi in the bladder lumen.
The prostate at the base of the urinary bladder shows enlargement of the prostate.
The medial lobe of the prostate is enlarged.
The enlarged lobe of the prostate is obstructing the bladder outflow.
This can manifest as urinary frequency, urinary urgency, residual urine, etc.
You need to consult your surgeon and get few more investigations- serum PSA levels and prostatic biopsy to know the cause of prostatic enlargement.

Thanks and take care
