What is the meaning of mild pericardial effusion shown on echocardiogram? Should I worry about high cholesterol?

Respected Doctor, recently i had TMT done on me which is negative, i also had 2d echo done, the results are mild pericardial effusion, good LV/RV function, diastolic disfunct, no CLOT/MR. EF 67%, also my lipid profile is total cholesterol 135mg /dl, hdl 41, ldl 78, vldl 16, triglycerides 84 ,ratio t.chol/hdl 3.29. i am non-diabetic. what does my echo and tmt suggest .pl reply\ sb nainesh hyderabad india YYYY@YYYY

I read your query and I would like to say that you have Pericardial effusion.
This is best treated with NSAI- drugs such as advil, indomethacine ect.
All the other findings are quite normal and you don't need to worry.
If after a month of treatment the pericardial effusion is at the same level or symptoms are the same than you need to do further examinations.
