I have my seman analysis report here and I have not been able to get many answers from my doctor. On the report it says immature sperm and out next to it is 100%.
Does that mean there is 100% no good sperm or it is 100% good??

hello user , i understand your concern . if the report says that immature forms are 100 % then it indicates a spermatogenic(sperm producing) dysfunction at testicular level , and further tests like sperm dna assay may be warranted . you should consult any good reproductive endocrinologist/fertility specialist for detailed evaluation and treatment.
