hello doctor my name is siby 27 years old.i was done left nephrectomy in my 1nd half years old due to wilm s tumor.after that i am perfectly alright.my follow up finished 2004.nw i have done one ultrasound scan in that shows hypoechoic region in the left lobe,enlargement of liver ie,16.5 cm and mild prominence of right pelvicalceal cyst also.so whether i have any problem or any further test should be needed
